Fix for ORA 12705 – NLS Link error.
Open the registrty, and check:
HKLM\Software\ORACLE
If you check the key on a malfunctioning workstation, you may find “NA” or a null value in the specified key, which is incorrect. Here is the correctness:
Key Name: "NLS_LANG"
Key Type: String (Reg_SZ)
Key Value: "AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1"
Key value should be entered as shown. No reboot is required.
