This program broadcasts messages to other machines. The message is scrolled horizontally across a thin window at the bottom of the receivers machine. It can be configured as an NT Service or a standard exe. Shows how to implement and NT Service, UDP communications with Winsock, Registry manipulation, System Tray, scrolling text. IMPORTANT!
